About TerribleSoft™
Thirty years of enterprise software, delivered from Schaumburg, Illinois, to organizations worldwide.
Our Story
TerribleSoft was founded in 1993 in a conference room in Schaumburg, Illinois. The conference room has since been converted to a server room. The server room runs Solaris 2.1. The server room is doing fine.
Our founders identified a gap in the enterprise software market: organizations needed cluster management software that was technically functional, contractually binding, and available immediately. ClusterFox™ 1.0 shipped nine months later, approximately on schedule.
Today, TerribleSoft serves over 10,000 enterprise customers across 47 countries, primarily through contractual obligations that predate the current administration at most of those organizations. We are proud of every relationship, regardless of how it began.
